Curriculum and Instruction:
Learning, Design, and Technology
Pursuing this degree aims to help transition my current skills into a corporate or academic role as an instructional designer. The curriculum applies to the workplace, and my fellow students include corporate trainers and educators in the K-college setting. This variety has provided multiple points of view during discussions, peer reviews, and feedback.
Providing and soliciting peer reviews regularly is a foundational component of the program. This characteristic of the program has fostered a sense that this is an attribute that should be carried on into the professional setting. All badges represent a collection of works that have been peer-reviewed and accepted by professors or badge review associates. They also represent a skill set that can be applied to the workplace immediately.
